Short, because the rules are simple: we help you find a car worth going to see, but we do not sell cars and we are not responsible for what a seller does.

What this service is
bryka24.pl reads publicly available adverts, compares them against each other and picks the ones worth a phone call. The result is a judgement based on the advert and on what similar cars cost. It is not a guarantee.
We do not sell cars
We are not a party to the transaction, we take no deposits and we broker nothing. Your agreement is with the seller, and only the seller is responsible for the condition of the car and for the truth of the advert.
Where the data comes from and what may be out of date
An advert may have changed or been withdrawn since we last refreshed it. We always say when the data was collected and always link to the original. Where we do not know something, we say so rather than guess.
Paid access
Plus and Pro raise the limits and unlock further analysis. A one-off report covers a single car. Prices are in złoty and are final. Payment is handled by Stripe, which shows the available methods on its payment page, and access starts as soon as you have paid. Plus for 30 or 90 days and a report are single payments that do not renew. Pro renews every month until you cancel it on the Account page. Access belongs to the browser it was bought in, because we do not run accounts; the recovery key moves it to another device.
Using this in Telegram
The bot and the Mini App are the same service and the same terms apply. Telegram requires digital access bought inside it to be paid for in Telegram Stars, so that is how it is paid for; the payment is processed by Telegram and we never see a card. A subscription bought in Stars renews monthly and is cancelled from Telegram itself, under Settings → My Stars, with no need to write to us. Access bought in Telegram is the same access on the website once the two are linked, and access bought on the website works in Telegram. Anything that goes wrong with a payment is handled by us, not by Telegram support: write to the address below.
Cancellation and refunds
A consumer may cancel within 14 days. Where the service has been fully performed in that time, for example a report has already been generated and shown, that right ends. If something fails technically we refund without argument.
Complaints
If a paid service does not work as described, write to the address at the bottom of this page: what you bought, when, and what does not work. We reply within 14 days at the latest. If the complaint is justified, we restore the access or refund you by the same payment method.
Technical requirements
All you need is an internet connection and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled (without them the site cannot remember access you paid for). The bot works in the Telegram app.
Advertising and partner content
Advertising slots are always labelled. Advertising never changes the order of search results. Promoted entries are described as promoted. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the advert.
Liability
The service is provided as it works. We are not liable for a buying decision or its consequences. We are liable for a paid service working the way we described it.
