bryka24.pl works without accounts and without asking for anything about you. We do not know who uses the site and we would rather not. Here is exactly what happens.

Who is responsible for data
The data controller is the owner of the bryka24.pl service. For anything about data, write to the address at the bottom of this page.
There is no account
No sign-up and no login. Using the site never needs a name, a phone number, an address or an email. To remember your saved cars and your chosen language, your browser is given one random identifier in a cookie. It is attached to no person and on its own it tells us nothing about you.
If you leave us your email
The dealer form and the Plus waiting list ask for an email address, and a dealer may add a name and a company. We keep what you type there to answer you, and for nothing else: it is not shared, sold or used for advertising. Write to us and we will delete it.
Which cookies, and why
Session cookie: the random identifier that holds your saved cars, comparisons and any access you paid for. It is set on your first visit, and we use it ourselves, without any third-party tool and only in totals, to count where people come from and which steps they take (search, car, payment). Language and currency cookie: your choice, so you do not set it again on every visit. Consent cookie: your answer to the advertising question. None of these are shared with another site.
How we count visits
We count what happens on the site, not who does it: a search, a car report opened, a car saved, the pricing page viewed. With an arrival we note only the website you came from, such as google.com, never the page or anything about you. There is no analytics script from anyone else, no IP address is stored, and crawlers and automated traffic are left out.
Advertising and your consent
We currently show no advertising from any ad network and load no advertising scripts, which is why we do not ask for consent to advertising. If that changes, we will ask before anything loads and update this page. Our own messages, such as about Plus, use no advertising cookies.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store a card number. We record only what was bought, when, and for how much, against the session identifier, because otherwise we could not give you what you paid for.
If you use the Telegram bot
The bot stores your numeric Telegram identifier, the language your client reports, the settings you choose, the cars you save and the searches you ask it to watch. It does not store your name, your username, your phone number or your profile photograph, and none of it is shared with anyone. Telegram itself carries the conversation and sees it under its own privacy policy, which is not ours. Payments in the bot are made in Telegram Stars and are handled by Telegram; we never see a card. Send /delete to the bot and everything of yours is removed at once.
Who helps us run the service
Servers: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (data stays in the European Union). Payments: Stripe. You enter card details with Stripe, not with us. Google advertising only if you agree to it. We sell data to nobody.
Where the listings come from
Listings come from publicly available classified sites and from data feeds that partners share with us. We are not the seller and we are not a party to the sale. The full list of sources and when each was last refreshed is on the Sources page.
Sellers' data in adverts
We show public adverts from marketplaces such as otomoto.pl: the car, the price, the town, photos (displayed from the source's own server) and a link to the original. A name is shown only for dealers; private individuals' names are not displayed. We do this in our legitimate interest, so buyers can compare offers. We remove an advert at the seller's request within one working day.
On what basis, and for how long
The identifier in the session cookie is needed for the site to do what you ask of it (saved cars, paid access); we keep it until you delete it. Advertising tailored to you only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. An e-mail address from a form, until we have replied or you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Almost everything we hold connects to you only through a random identifier in a cookie: deleting it in your browser breaks that link, and on request we will delete our records too. You also have the right to complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Your Telegram identifier is personal data, so if you have used the bot there is something to erase: /delete does it immediately and completely. Records of payments are kept because accounting rules require it. They carry no name, no address and no Telegram identifier, only a random session id that then belongs to nobody. If you left us an email address through the dealer form or the waiting list, that is personal data: write to us and we will delete it.
